We are seeking a highly motivated HR Program Consultant, to join our dynamic Human Resources department and support our Employee & Labor Relations team.

As an HR Program Consultant, you will work closely with HR leaders to design and implement a variety of programs, systems, and processes. Your role will encompass everything from job descriptions and performance reviews to employee engagement and regulatory compliance. You'll be the go-to person policy management, interacting with the flexible work arrangement program and collaborating with leaders on this process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with HR leaders to turn conceptual ideas into actionable plans and see them through to completion.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Effective Communication: Work with HR leaders and communication teams to create effective communication strategies for staff.

  • Project Management: Utilize your project management skills to implement various HR projects and programs.

  • Consultation: Provide expert advice on learning and HR-related projects or processes.

  • Organized Implementation: Maintain a consistent and organized approach to project implementation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field

  • 3-4 years of progressive human resources related experience

  • Proven experience in HR program development and project management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills

What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE

  • Location: La Crosse, WI - Front Street Office

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday days typically 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Starting pay of $59,800/ year plus more based on your relevant years of experience
