To successfully introduce AI augmentation within HR, it is essential to enhance and optimize existing processes, which will accelerate the adoption of new technologies while removing operational barriers, enabling advisors to dedicate more time to meaningful human interactions.
By strategically streamlining HR workflows and minimizing friction points, the Product Manager will help create an environment where automation and AI solutions effectively complement the expertise of HR advisors. This approach not only supports the efficient implementation of intelligent systems but also ensures that routine inquiries are handled seamlessly by AI, allowing advisors to focus on more complex and people-centric matters.
As these enhancements are integrated, the focus remains to balance technological advancement with the need for genuine human connection, ultimately elevating both the efficiency and quality of HR services.
The People Care Front Desk and Knowledge Scalability Product Manager (PM) plays a vital role in facilitating the adoption of AI and Automation within HR operations. This position is responsible for enabling Agent AI to efficiently support Tier 0 and Tier 1 inquiries by maintaining a clear, structured, and scalable knowledge ecosystem tailored for AI-driven HR services. The PM curates and integrates HR content, crafts decision logic, and creates workflows designed explicitly to maximize AI performance and automation. Central to this role is the identification and automation of repetitive front desk tasks or queries, establishing a foundation for robust AI augmentation in HR operations.
How you will make your mark
Build and maintain HR knowledge data specifically optimized for seamless AI integration and consumption within HR operations.
Pinpoint the most frequent contact drivers and categorize them based on whether they can be resolved by AI or require human intervention, ensuring optimal AI utilization.
Design conversation flows, define user intents, and set up escalation triggers to empower the AI in managing HR inquiries effectively and accurately.
Identify missing content and unclear policies, refining them to guarantee the AI has access to comprehensive and transparent information.
Collaborate closely with People Care teams and content owners to keep HR data accurate, relevant, and AI-ready.
Monitor and analyze AI agent performance within HR operations, using insights to drive continuous improvements and enhance automation.
Uphold taxonomy and metadata standards, supporting both scalability and the long-term success of AI-powered HR knowledge management.
About you:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically, 4-8 years of related experience in HR Tech project management, process optimization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary functional teams.
Strategic Design of AI use cases – HR, Workforce, and Business outcomes
Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical HR leaders.
Experience in process standardization, documentation, optimization, or automation.
Experience managing projects related to HPE global programs and partnering with designated program leads.
Able to understand data, create meaningful analysis, and share business insights. - Strong analytical skills.
An out-of-the-box mindset that does not hesitate to challenge the status quo.
