TheHR Payroll Operations Specialistteam plays a key role in delivering a seamless and compliant employee experience. We work collaboratively to ensure excellence in payroll processes, legal compliance, vendor management, and HR administration across our international operations.
About the Role
As a HR Payroll Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR processes. This position is responsible for pre‑payroll activities, vendor management, contract administration, and HR systems operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Prepare and process pre‑payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Handle voucher processing, including verification, approval, and record‑keeping.
Oversee the creation, administration, and safekeeping of employment contracts.
Manage HR systems (HRIS) and databases, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
Provide employee support for HR‑related inquiries and topics.
About You
Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Service Center, or Payroll.
Hands‑on experience with Chilean payroll and Chilean labor services.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory.
