We’re looking for a HRBP to join out Leighton Buzzard campus. The successful candidate can expect to immerse themselves in the business to understand, how it works, where it is going, and how they can best support teams. They will be curious to understand business challenges and keen to lean in with thought-provoking questions and share new ideas.
Using their HR knowledge and industry experience the HR BP will turn the People Strategy into tangible actions that support business performance and employee engagement. They will partner with other functions of the HR operating model including our Centres of Excellence teams to provide leadership and support in the execution of HR related projects such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development. To be successful in his role the HRBP must foster meaningful relationships with key people in the business, and other HR teams in the organisation. Skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. The HRBP will need to be able to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making.
