We’re looking for an ambitious and driven HR Operations Specialist to join our EMEA HR Operations team at QuidelOrtho. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career HR professional to expand their expertise while working across multiple European countries, including France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
You’ll collaborate closely with experienced Senior HR Operations Specialists and gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities across the region. For the right candidate, this role opens the door to regional projects and wider EMEA involvement—accelerating your professional growth.
Your Impact: As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be at the heart of delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience. You’ll serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners—giving you a holistic view of HR operations in a global organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Support end-to-end HR processes: pre-hire, onboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to prepare contracts and ensure compliance.
Deliver onboarding support and coordinate payroll and benefits enrollment.
Employee Support & HR Services
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries (pay, benefits, leave, training, etc.).
Provide guidance and training on HR systems and processes.
Escalate complex issues to relevant HR stakeholders when needed.
Payroll & Data Accuracy
Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing.
Submit payroll inputs including salary changes, benefits, overtime, and employee changes.
Maintain high standards of data integrity across HR systems.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Document and improve HR processes, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
Identify opportunities to automate and digitalize workflows.
Support reporting, dashboards, and HR metrics for informed decision-making.
Compliance & Governance
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or Payroll (ADP experience is a plus)
Exposure to multi-country HR operations in Europe (France/Benelux experience highly valued)
Knowledge in HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, or Compliance
Familiarity with Workday and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent French and English required; Dutch or German is a strong advantage
