What you will do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and supporting the overall efficiency of HR functions. This role involves coordinating with various departments, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including external partners, to ensure alignment and successful execution of HR initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Process employee documentation, including offers, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding materials
Determine and assign employee classification in accordance with the applicable collective agreement
Manage HR filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Ensure efficient, accurate and timely processing of all HR information for employees and non-employees working on behalf of the company.
Support other team members to perform administrative and transaction processing activity to support the various HR Center of Expertise and Business Unit HR organizations.
Support HR audits and ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR-related statistics to relevant government bodies and other stakeholders.
Employee Support
Process new hire documentation, including offers, onboarding, and orientation materials.
Communicate effectively with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including external vendors and service providers (e.g. health care, pension authorities, benefit providers), local authorities and government offices (especially in relation to mandatory audits and statistics)
In cooperation with HRBP, organize and coordinate employee training sessions and development activities
Manage administrative and operational aspects of expat employment, including relocation support, visa/work permit processes, and integration
In countries where applicable, ensure compliance with the valid collective agreement in all aspects of the employment relationship, including all relevant employee entitlements
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
What we look for
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field of studies desired.
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience within a service delivery environment – preferably HR and/or Operations experience, or HR Service Center experience.
Fluency in English is required.
Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
High attention to detail with demonstrated planning and organizational skills and ability to achieve objectives within deadlines.
Ability to work in a dynamic business environment and meet changing business needs and priorities.
Experience in using a database management system is required, working knowledge of any HR Information System, i.e. Workday, will be an advantage.
Expertise with office administration technologies, Case Management, Telephony, Knowledge Management processes, i.e. expertise with MS Office 365 and/or SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1,800 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
