We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Enablement Senior Advisor who brings curiosity, insight, and a passion for technology‑enabled service delivery. In this role, you will help HR leaders turn data into action—strengthening performance visibility, accelerating continuous improvement, and elevating the employee experience across digital HR services. You will serve as a trusted partner across HR and IT, blending analytical rigor with a growth mindset and collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
Enable HR Operations leaders with clear, actionable visibility into HR service delivery performance using insights from ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), myAssistant, and integrated HR systems.
Define, evolve, and maintain success metrics and dashboards that measure adoption, effectiveness, and value of HR technologies and digital service channels.
Translate technology and operational insights into practical recommendations that improve HR processes, content, journeys, and service models.
Partner with HR Operations leaders, HR COEs, HRBPs, HRIT, and product owners to ensure insights inform priorities, roadmaps, and investment decisions.
Conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps and recommend targeted, technology‑enabled improvements with a focus on HRSD and myAssistant.
Serve as a change management lead for HR Operations technology enhancements, driving adoption, readiness, and post‑implementation stabilization.
Assess organizational and operational impacts of changes to workflows, platforms, and service models, and support mitigation and communication strategies.
Support release readiness and post‑launch measurement by monitoring adoption, utilization, and service outcomes.
Promote strong technology governance, data quality, and consistent metric definitions that enable confident, data‑informed decision making.
Increase awareness and effective use of HR performance insights by enabling leaders and partners through clear storytelling and education.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR experience within a large, complex organization, with meaningful exposure to HR technology‑enabled operations.
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, including case management, workflows, knowledge, reporting, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into operational and technology improvements.
Experience partnering across HR Operations, HRIT/HRIS, COEs, and product teams.
Strong understanding of digital HR service delivery models and operational performance management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Familiarity with Workday HCM, benefits administration systems, HR technology integrations, and emerging AI concepts.
Experience supporting change management for enterprise technology implementations.
