A DAY IN THE LIFE

The HR Operations Coordinator is a key contributor to Blattner’s Human Resources team. The HR Operations Coordinator will be the experts to complete transactions within the HCM system of record and will ensure data integrity through auditing and reporting functions.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Coordinates drug testing and employment physical program with agency, laboratory, site teams, and other HR team members. May coordinate and facilitate team or committee review meetings when applicable.
  • Monitors site drug testing records for employees. Reviews results, helps to determine employee statuses, maintains current records in HR systems, and timely reports results in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Administers routine HR transactions via the HCM system, including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, hires, job changes, organizational changes, and terminations.
  • Assists with ongoing operational processes and audits to ensure integrity and compliance of human resources data and processes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Two-year Human Resources degree or related discipline; or the equivalent combination of training and related experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or other applicable customer service role(s).

  • Ability to complete data entry into HR systems (Workday, JDE, Tungsten, and other databases as needed).

$24.46 - $33.64 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
