Under general supervision follows established procedures and performs a variety of functions in support of each of the departments in Total Rewards and other areas of Human Resources. Maintains appropriate documentation of all conversations and activity. Works regularly with confidential information and has access to wage, health and personnel information. Collaborates with other members of the Total Rewards Operations team to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy for each task completed.
What You'll be Doing:
- Supports Integrated Leave Management through: claims creation and electronic attachment of documents; daily check printing and import of Explanation of Benefits; processing of weekly payroll files; entering provider tax information; other miscellaneous tasks related to Integrated Leave Management.
- Supports Unemployment through timely and accurate follow up related to unemployment claims; reviews determinations and redeterminations for further action; collaborates with impacted parties to implement improvement, ensures compliance with all deadlines; other miscellaneous tasks related to Unemployment.
- Supports Compensation through posting job profiles; new job set ups; other miscellaneous tasks related to Compensation.
- Supports Analytics through transactional reporting; employment verification; HR system data entry and audits; other miscellaneous tasks related to Analytics.
- Supports Benefits through a variety of data entry and other transactions related to benefit administration; research discrepancies and provide resolution; review and process court orders and Qualified Medical Child Support Orders and respond as needed; process life insurance claims and premium calculations; pension research; other miscellaneous tasks related to Benefits.
- Mail sorting and delivery as well as preparing items for transfer to the Imaging department.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
- High School graduate or equivalent with knowledge of general office procedures.
- 1+ year of experience in a corporate setting.
- Prior experience with Human Resources areas such as Benefits or Compensation preferred.
- Expert knowledge of basic office equipment and keyboard skills to regularly use a PC for most functions.
- Ability to understand the scope of an issue or situation and apply proper problem-solving techniques to appropriately resolve and communicate the outcome.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive or privileged information with absolute confidentiality.
- Ability to work well within and support a team environment and shared responsibilities.
