As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging is recruiting for an HR Operations Business Partner in Waterloo !
As a member of the human resources team, the Human Resources Business Partner acts as strategic, operational partner for assigned client group, supporting managers and employees through the employee lifecycle, implementing Human Resources processes, and driving organizational and leadership effectiveness across the organization.
What You Will Do:
Act as the primary point of contact for management and designated client groups on Human Resources areas of expertise.
Develop effective relationships with management stakeholders at all levels, driving leadership and team effectiveness.
Provide guidance and direction to management on people and organizational issues including all areas of Employee Lifecycle.
Drive enforcement of the company's human resources procedures and policies, while building management accountability for company policies.
Proactively identify HR needs of assigned client group and provide input to human resources leadership during the strategic planning process.
Work collaboratively with human resources team on the implementation of human resources initiatives including management coaching & development of relevant support documents.
Coach managers and supervisors on Employee Relations matters, including performance, conflict resolution, workplace accommodation and overall employee experience.
Lead employee engagement, organizational culture, and training and development initiatives that contribute to accomplishment of business objectives within assigned client group.
Drive execution of annual HR processes and cycles including: compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development; organizational change and employee engagement;
Act as Subject Matter Expert for HR systems and data within client group, delivering data-driven solutions and advice to management on people and organizational decisions.
Support management with talent acquisition strategy and process, including recruitment, requisitions and interviews.
Support employee offboarding process, conduct and analyse exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
Partner with EHS, Quality, Facilities, Finance and other business groups to deploy relevant processes and projects across sites.
What You Need:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of related Human Resources experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to operate in ambiguous situations, multi-task and prioritize.
Self-motivated problem solver with proven ability to influence leaders and employees at various levels.
A skilled communicator and resilient change agent with polished interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:
$68,600.00-$91,400.000Pay Transparency
