  • Personnel Administration: Handle administration of the permanent employees (draw up employment contracts & letters; holidays leave, absenteeism, working permit and visa,..) in compliance with local legislation and maintain all HR information systems and all personnel files accurate and up to date.

  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees: Responsible for the administrative onboarding (incl. relocation) and offboarding of (new) staff in order to create an engaging employee experience, organise and facilitate the monthly induction meeting for new employees, conduct exit interviews

  • HR Support: Provide requested and non-requested advice, support and guidance to employees and managers and HRBP’s in relation to HR related policies. Answer HR related questions accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Optimize HR processes: Take initiatives to automate and improve HR processes as much as possible in order to create efficiency. Actively promote use of and educate managers and employees on Workday to reduce administrative burden for HR.  

  • Contractor Management : Depending on the location, ensure that SOW’s and NDA’s are in place and signed for every contractor hired. Monitor and discuss end dates of contracts with Managers. Optimize the administrative flow of contractor management.
  • Could be in charge of junior recruitment and interim   

  • Permanent Supervision and HR Risk control: in charge of the control to be operated for HQ and define / put in place the relevant action plans if needed

  • Is the main interlocutor for payroll stakeholders

  • HQ HR and FTE reporting: in charge of the FTE follow-up and HR indicators implementation and distribution to relevant stakeholders. Is in charge to answer government reporting and survey
  • Can be in charge / participate to HR projects for HQ

Education / knowledge

  • Completed HBO education, in the field of HR or similar;

Skills

  • English (fluent, verbally and written)
  • Knowledge of French or Dutch employment law (depending on in which country he/she is operating)
  • Knowledge of HR processus and payroll

Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the field of HR
  • Experience in working in an international, multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experienced in working with HR-systems & tools. Workday knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in creating HR reports (in Workday and/or Excel) is a plus
