SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation initiatives and communicating effectively with all levels of staff.
Act as strategic business partner to corporate and operational leadership teams
Drive HR professionalization initiatives across all functions
Support operations in achieving company objectives through Team Leadership & Development
Lead, develop, and manage a team of 4 HR Business Partners ; Coach HR BP in complex people management situations
Implement talent enablement programs to maximize team potential
The HR Manager serves as the primary escalation point for operational issues. The HR BP provides direct support to floor leadership with further escalation to the HR Industrial Relations Director reserved for specialized matters.
Manage specialized functions including temporary agency relationships and committee processes Provide HR generalist support across various business functions
Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent for all positions.
Support in recruitment processes for leadership positions
Coordinate talent identification for permanent and fixed-term contracts
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive culture throughout the company.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce efficiency.
Organise, and facilitate HR good practices and programmes to meet the business needs and comply with employment legislation. Oversee compliance of all HR processes and procedures.
Manage various projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Has a record of a minimum of 5 year-experience in an HR BP / HR Managerial role. Possesses strong experience in employee relations and working knowledge in an operational environment.
Has proven experience in supporting successful implementations of HR systems in the organizations, being Workday background an advantage.
Language proficiency : French / English
Must have ability to communicate effectively and tactfully at all levels.
Must be computer literate, with a high knowledge in MS Office and similar packages.
Shows ability to read, understand, create and develop HR related reports, policies and initiatives.
Must be able to coach and train business partners on a variety of topics.
Is capable to build and maintain effective and productive working relationships within all locations and departments whilst acting with confidentiality and diplomacy.
Must be adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
