What you will do:
- Deliver HR support to business leaders and employees to drive talent management excellence, implement talent strategy and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and leader effectiveness in the Eastern European region
- Integrate, standardize, and fine-tune existing HR operational processes and align delivery models to ensure optimum support for business leaders and employees.
- Partner with HR teams and Business Leaders in driving the delivery of the people strategy and agenda to enable business growth aspirations.
How you will do it:
- Manage the process of the employee life cycle
- Deliver HR activities (employee engagement surveys, performance appraisal cycles, incentives plans) in conjunction with the COEs as needed.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning to achieve business goals.
- Manage talent planning, talent reviews, and talent development.
- Collaborate with HR COEs - Shared Services Centre, Total Rewards, and other stakeholders to provide integrated HR solutions to business needs.
- Provide advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislation.
- Lead investigation activities, advise, and implement remediation actions where applicable.
- Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline or relevant experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR business partnering, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and labor relations.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and familiarity with HR Tier Services Model.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.
- Proactive, creative, and able to lead change initiatives effectively.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2300 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
