Job Description:
To successfully introduce AI augmentation within HR, it is essential to enhance and optimize existing processes, which will accelerate the adoption of new technologies while removing operational barriers, enabling advisors to dedicate more time to meaningful human interactions.
By strategically streamlining HR workflows and minimizing friction points, the Product Manager will help create an environment where automation and AI solutions effectively complement the expertise of HR advisors. This approach not only supports the efficient implementation of intelligent systems but also ensures that routine inquiries are handled seamlessly by AI, allowing advisors to focus on more complex and people-centric matters.
As these enhancements are integrated, the focus remains to balance technological advancement with the need for genuine human connection, ultimately elevating both the efficiency and quality of HR services.
The Role
Drive organizational understanding, adoption, and reliable use of AI tools across HR teams and managers. Ensure that change management, communication, and training keep pace with AI rollouts, supporting operational readiness and integration.
To further strengthen the impact of AI adoption within HR, the Product Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions. The role will foster an agile environment where teams can quickly adapt to evolving technologies. By establishing robust channels for knowledge sharing and ongoing support, the Product Manager will promote a culture of learning and openness to innovation. This will ensure that both leadership and frontline HR staff are equipped to leverage AI tools confidently and effectively. This approach will facilitate seamless integration of new capabilities, reinforce operational readiness, and drive sustained improvements in HR service delivery.

Develop a communication plan for AI deployment waves
Create training materials, demo sessions, and job aids
Define MOC milestones for each AI-enabled process
Stakeholder mapping and readiness assessments
Build end-user confidence and trust in AI
Manage resistance themes and adoption blockers
Ensure alignment with HR leadership and governance teams
Track adoption KPIs ( utilization, satisfaction, change readiness)
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Product Manager will ensure that each phase of AI integration is carefully supported through comprehensive communication plans tailored to deployment waves, the creation of engaging training materials, and the facilitation of demo sessions and practical job aids. By defining clear milestones for managing organizational change (MOC) related to each AI-enabled process, conducting thorough stakeholder mapping and readiness assessments, and proactively building trust among end-users, the role addresses potential resistance and adoption blockers while fostering alignment with HR leadership and governance teams.
Systematic tracking of key performance indicators—including utilization, satisfaction, and change readiness—will inform ongoing improvements, further empowering HR teams to embrace innovation and deliver outstanding service throughout the transformation journey.
About you:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically, 4-8 years of related experience in HR Tech project management, process optimization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary functional teams.
Participation or collaboration on AI / Automation use cases – HR, Workforce, and Business outcomes.
Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical HR partners.
Experience in automation solutions.
Experience in process standardization and optimization.
Experience managing projects related to HPE global programs and partnering with designated program leads.
Able to understand data, create meaningful analysis, and share business insights. - Strong analytical skills.
An out-of-the-box mindset that does not hesitate to challenge the status quo.
