HR Operations & Support on Employee Matters


Job Description

  • Provide support to the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) on various HR initiatives and projects, including Employee Engagement, Immigration Administration, Employee Relations, and Wellness programs.

  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement project activities, encompassing planning, design, administration, and the development of internal communication materials.

  • Assist the HRBP in the periodic review, updating, and maintenance of relevant company policies as required.

  • Offer administrative support for the HRBP's daily operational needs.

  • Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks and assignments as necessary.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/ or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Familiar with Google workspace

  • Must be able to start in January 2026 or February 2026.

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months (Minimum 3 months).
