  • Reports to: Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Travel: 0-10%

  • Hourly Rate: $22/hr.

  • Location: San Diego, CA, Hybrid

Role overview

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a summer intern to join the HR team.  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support in several projects within the Talent Acquisition and HR team.

Role responsibilities

  • Support with an ongoing job description project, which includes updating all company job descriptions, auditing current job descriptions, and documentation of the processes.

  • Support and coordination with all emerging career initiatives, including campus recruiting, career fairs, managing Handshake postings, internships, etc.

  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed

  • Conduct research on industry trends and summarize findings.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.

  • Other projects and assignments as requested

Key requirements

  • Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent college graduate.

  • Majoring in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes and procedures

  • Basic knowledge of Labor laws and legislation preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
