We’re hiring an HR Intern to join our dynamic People Operations team in Cairo, Egypt, helping to support the day-to-day experience for our growing workforce in the region. Your work will directly impact employee onboarding and ensure we remain compliant with local regulations.
As an HR Intern, you’ll:
Own documentation and compliance. You’ll manage essential employee records, including annual leave, sick leave, and other leave balances, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
Support the employee lifecycle. You’ll assist with critical onboarding and offboarding documentation, handling everything from hiring forms to clearance forms.
Maintain data accuracy. You’ll help track attendance, leaves, and probation periods, ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded and maintained across HR systems and personnel files.
Prepare official HR documents. You’ll support the team by preparing and filing employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and other official letters or certificates upon request.
Relevant educational background. You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
Computer proficiency. You have proven experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communicator. You have a good command of the English language, which is essential for collaborating across our global team.
HR knowledge. You have an HR Diploma or a relevant certification, showing your commitment to the field.
Tech stack knowledge. Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
