Data Management
Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases
Scan, file, and organize electronic and physical documents
Correspondence
Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, emails, and business correspondence
Assist in maintaining professional and timely communication across teams
Projects
Support HR initiatives and special projects
Assist with research, data gathering, and project documentation
Process Improvement
Help identify opportunities to improve office workflows, procedures, and internal communication
Assist in implementing process improvements as directed
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, professional office environment
