As the HRIS Analyst, you are part of the overall HR team and play a key role in supporting HR systems and end users globally.
You will work closely with HR business partners, senior HRIS team members, and other stakeholders to provide day-to-day system support, maintain data integrity, and assist with system enhancements and process improvements.
What You Will Do:
- Provides day-to-day support for core Workday applications, including HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, and Reporting
- Responds to and resolves HRIS service requests, questions, and issues from HR partners and end users
- Assists in troubleshooting system issues, researching root causes, and escalating complex issues to senior HRIS team members as needed
- Supports data integrity efforts by identifying, investigating, and correcting data issues related to employee records, positions, organizations, and transactions
- Assists with system configuration changes, testing, and validation under the guidance of senior HRIS team members
- Participates in Workday releases and updates by supporting testing activities and documenting results
- Helps develop and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and basic calculated fields
- Provides user support, documentation, and training materials to enhance system adoption and usability
- Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive employee, compensation, and personal data
- Collaborates effectively with HR, IT, and other internal partners to support HR technology needs
Who You Are:
• 2–4 years of functional HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one additional module
(Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, or Reporting)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support a diverse and global
employee population
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for
improvement
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential
information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with intermediate Excel skills
Nice to have:
• Experience supporting Workday reports, dashboards, and basic calculated fields
• Exposure to Workday Business Process Framework
• Experience assisting with Workday releases, testing, or small enhancement projects
• Familiarity with EIBs or integrations (supporting or troubleshooting, not lead
ownership)
• Prior experience supporting HR or People systems in a corporate environment
