What you'll achieve

As the HR Group Internal Communication Intern (Content Creator), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global HR/People Team by contributing to various internal communication initiatives and projects related to our People Agenda.

You will:

  • Manage writing and editing
  • Support the team in multimedia content development
  • Support the event organization
  • Work on content scheduling and update
  • Support the communication campaigns ​
  • Assist in co-orditating various HR and People internal communication projects

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, branding, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline can be a plus but is not required
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (C1 level)
  • Knowledge of graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite multimedia content creation tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Genuine passion for communication, engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and people
  • Positive mindset, curiosity and proactive approach
