Job Description Summary:
Job Summary – HR Graduate Trainee
The HR Graduate Trainee will support the delivery of key HR operational and transformation initiatives over a structured 12‑month development programme. The role focuses on digitizing and strengthening HR administration, improving data accuracy and governance, and supporting payroll, time and attendance, and training processes. Working closely with HR team members and key stakeholders, the trainee will assist with maintaining audit‑ready HR records, developing clear process documentation, producing HR reports and dashboards, and coordinating defined HR projects. By the end of the programme, the trainee is expected to demonstrate strong capability in HR systems, data analysis, project coordination, and effective stakeholder communication, contributing to more efficient, compliant, and data‑driven HR operations.
Qualifications – HR Graduate Trainee
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Recent graduate or within 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience
Basic understanding of HR administration, payroll, time & attendance, and training processes (advantageous)
Strong analytical and data management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to HR systems or ERP tools is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and track progress against deliverables
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Willingness to learn, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a structured, fast‑paced environment
