As an HR Agent on the myHR Team in Guadalajara, Mexico, you will leverage your expertise in a wide range of HR topics and utilize available tools to provide Tier 1 support to HP Inc. employees worldwide. Support will be delivered through case management and chat interactions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring employees receive accurate, timely, and empathetic HR support, contributing to a cohesive and positive employee experience across HP Inc globally.
