Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you as an HR Generalist will be responsible for executing core Human Resources processes that support organizational goals, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
You will play a key role in managing talent acquisition activities, onboarding processes, employee relations, and performance management initiatives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational development efforts, you will work cross-functionally with leaders, employees, and external partners to ensure efficient HR operations and alignment with business needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring coordination.
Support onboarding activities and employee integration programs.
Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for associates.
Monitor and analyze HR KPIs such as absenteeism, turnover, and labor-related incidents.
Implement and follow up on performance evaluation processes.
Promote a positive work environment and strengthen organizational culture.
Address employee relations matters and provide guidance to associates and leaders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.
Support engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in HR operations.
Escalate critical labor or compliance issues and propose effective solutions.
Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar Human Resources roles.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and general HR processes.
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset with strong organizational abilities.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
