Job description

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION • Creating news for payroll settlement, sending payroll to payroll provider, draft control. Uploading the list to the bank for salary accreditation. • Keeping salaries up to date on workday. Additions, cancellations, position and manager changes, etc... • Manage the processes of: Enrollments, cancellations, social security, vacation, documentation. • Perform absenteeism control tasks, reporting and follow-up. BENEFITS • Manage and administer the existing benefits in assigned office. • Keep updated on local and regional Benefit trends. • Select new benefit suppliers and manage the existing ones. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION • Replicate and translate internal communication pieces. • Implement and manage internal communication tools (suggestion box, e-mail lists, etc...) RECRUITMENT • Intervention in all steps of the selection process (publication of vacancies, filtering by telephone, initial interviews, proposal of selection strategy in the various postcards, contact with Universities for internships, etc?) TRAINING • Manage the annual training plan locally. • Select training providers, if necessary. • Manage the logistics of the training activities. INTERNAL EVENTS • Organize internal events: ESET's birthday, commemorative dates, FEsta de confraternização. • Select suppliers. CARE OF THE OFFICE / WELFARE BUILDING • Manage office improvements and adjustments (locksmith, grounds, furniture arrangements, furniture purchases) SUSTAINABILITY • Manage the sustainability strategy in the assigned office according to the regional office alignment. • Relate and promote the commitment of assigned office Partners and Employees to ESET LATAM's sustainability plan. • Collaborator in the collection of data and information for the Sustainability Report. REQUIREMENTS Education: • Undergraduate or graduate student of Human Resources or Business Administration (or related fields). Experience: • 2 years in Human Resources and/or General Management area.
