GENERAL SUMMARY (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job)

Responsible for personnel administration, Workday management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and hiring of salary positions, medical expenses program, organizational development, plant communication, wellness program management, and savings fund administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance)

  • Staff registration, Management of personnel systems (Workday and Tress). 
  • Requisitions and follow - up to invoices
  • Medical expenses registrations and follow ups
  • Compensation and benefits analysis
  • Market analytics
  • Succession planning cycle
  • Performance management cycle
  • Financial headcount budget
  • Ensure plant communication annual plan
  • Ensure and maintain employee population’s engaged to CS CONNECT
  • Ensure organizational social media posts in a proper manner
  • Ensure transparent and effective salary recruitment processes
  • Implements and promotes the company’s wellness initiatives to support employees’ physical, mental, emotional and nutritional well‑being.
  • Manages the savings fund process in a timely, compliant, and accurate manner
  • All the responsibilities and follow the authority assigned according to the FTM-EHS-12 Roles, Responsibility and Authority Matrix from ISO 14001 /45001
  • Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE (Required occupational qualifications and other requirements)

    • Bachelor's degree finished Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
