SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Supports the HR function by contributing to projects or areas of specialisation by planning and executing assigned tasks and areas of responsibility. May offer advice to employees on matters related to Human Resources. Contribute to assigned projects or specialist area(s), focusing on maintenance, adoption and documentation.Responsibilities:
Specialist:
Contribute to the area of specialisation by supporting the HR Advisory by giving advice and shaping the area.
May lead assigned subarea(s) within the specialism by implementing, maintaining, and enhancing procedures and guidelines
Follow procedures, guidelines, and instructions for executing tasks within the specialist area.
Be the first point of contact for queries regarding the specialist area, supporting employees and colleagues.
Contribute to projects to develop or enhance the area(s) of specialisation, within the HR department or across functions.
Keeps informed of developments in the professional field, works with the region, and is aligned with any Group directions within the area(s)
Generalist:
Be the first point of contact for advice and input across a wide range of HR areas.
Maintain and follow up on concepts, tools, and procedures
Supports the HR team on matters related to improvement, efficiency, consolidation, etc., of general HR practices
Contribute to projects to develop or enhance concepts or practices within the HR department or across functions
Keeps informed of developments in the field, works with the region, and is aligned with any Group directions
Support the collaboration of HR and internal stakeholders to strengthen awareness of HR’s role and function in the company and build relationships that help HR better support the business and its strategy

Qualification
Minimum 3- 5 years plus working experience in compensation & benefit.
Bachelor’ s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field required.
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software application
