Key Responsibilities :
Payroll process: Coordinate payroll and work with payroll external vendor to ensure accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
HR operations: To work closely with HR Specialist in Thailand in managing employment conditions, probations, confirmations, and terminations in line with HR standard operating procedures.
Prepare reports: Compile and analyze data for monthly management reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Local Contact: Be the point of contact for all employees in Manila office to support on all HR matters.
Requirements :
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in HR including payroll processing, with strong knowledge of labor law.
Proficient in MS Excel, and other MS Office applications. Workday experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail combined with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
Willing to go the extra mile and demonstrate high levels of commitment and responsibility.
