Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate proven track record in below areas as key responsibilities:

Strategic & Business Partnership:

  • Act as a key business partner to the GM, deeply participating in business strategic planning. Translate the company's mid-to-long-term business objectives (e.g., market expansion, product innovation, profit growth) into concrete human resources strategies and annual plans..
  • Provide professional advice and actionable solutions to the leadership team on key decisions regarding organizational structure, talent strategy, leadership development etc.

Organization & Talent Development:

  • Diagnose and optimize organizational structures to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and decision-making efficiency. Lead change management projects to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
  • Establish and lead the Succession Planning process for business-critical positions. Identify high-potential talent and design and implement individualized development programs.
  • Optimize the performance management, potential assessment, and career development systems to ensure they drive the right behaviors and outcomes, and effectively identify and develop core talent.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead the IPS China HR team and enhance the team members' strategic thinking, business consulting, and solution-design capabilities to build a high-performing HR team.
  • Elevate the strategic influence and value recognition of the human resources function within the organization.

HR Operations Management

  • Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire HR operations system. Supervise the daily operations and continuous improvement of compensation & benefits, employee relationships, culture initiatives etc., ensuring a solid operational foundation for the execution of HR and business strategies.

Key Competencies & Experiences

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Director or HR Head in large multinational corporations.
  • Business Acumen: Proficient in business language and understands core business metrics.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Possesses excellent abilities in strategic translation and project implementation.
  • Influence & Communication: Demonstrates excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills, capable of effectively motivating and driving change.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in building and developing high-performance HR teams.

Educational / Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
