Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Data Integrations & Platform Delivery

  • Lead the intake, assessment, and coordination of HR data integration requests across HR systems, analytics platforms, and downstream consumers, advising stakeholders on the most effective integration approaches to meet business and data strategy objectives.
  • Partner with technology teams to support end‑to‑end HR data flows, serving as a consultative advisor on integration design, sequencing, and dependencies.
  • Guide HR and business partners through integration changes related to vendors, acquisitions, and platform modernization, providing data‑driven recommendations and impact assessments.

Data Strategy Consulting & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted data strategy consultant to HR, governance, and business partners by helping shape how HR data is structured, governed, and operationalized to support analytics, reporting, and regulatory needs.
  • Advise stakeholders on trade‑offs among data design options, integration approaches, and platform capabilities, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term data strategy.
  • Partner closely with HR Data Strategy & Governance leaders to ensure integration and platform decisions align with enterprise data standards and HR data roadmap priorities.

Data Governance & Audit Enablement

  • Collaborate with HR Data Strategy & Governance to support data governance requests, field‑level changes, and bulk governance initiatives, advising on downstream data and integration impacts.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring HR data integrations are transparent, documented, and aligned with governance expectations.
  • Provide consultative insight into data risks, constraints, and mitigation options tied to HR data assets and integrations.

Analytics & Data Platform Enablement

  • Serve as a strategic liaison between HR analytics teams and data platform partners to ensure HR data pipelines are fit‑for‑purpose and analytics‑ready.
  • Coordinate HR data flows supporting analytics consumption, including Power BI data flows and HR analytics datasets, advising on optimization and sustainability.
  • Participate in HR data platform forums (e.g., Lakehouse initiatives) to influence platform evolution through a data strategy lens.

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

  • Serve as a central point of coordination and advisory for HR data integration status, risks, and changes.
  • Translate complex technical and data concepts into clear, actionable guidance for HR, leadership, and business stakeholders.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships across HR, technology, data governance, audit, and vendor partners to advance HR data strategy execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing data integrations, data platforms, or product initiatives in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Databricks and Snwflake.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience operating in regulated or audit‑sensitive environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities with competing dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR data platforms or HR analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts and data change management.
  • Experience with analytics ecosystems (e.g., Power BI, Lakehouse‑style platforms).
  • Experience coordinating vendor or third‑party system integrations.
  • Background in financial services or similarly regulated industries.

Location Expectations: This person will be required to be in onsite three (3)+ days a week at the listed U.S. Bank hub location.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
