What's Exciting About the Role

The HR Coordinator is an integral position that will give you the opportunity to work at the center of HR operations for the Latin America region. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, gain exposure to regional HR practices, and use your bilingual skills to support employees and managers in a fast-moving, people-first environment. 

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, responding through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner. 
  • Administer employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS (e.g., Workday), including hires, onboarding, job changes, transfers, leaves, and terminations. 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to process offers, generate employment letters, and support a smooth and positive new hire experience. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and retention requirements. 
  • Support benefits administration and coordination with vendors, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries (region-dependent). 
  • Assist with HR compliance activities, including audits, reporting, and regulatory filings. 
  • Coordinate closely with Payroll to ensure employee data is accurate and complete for payroll processing, including changes impacting pay, time, or benefits. 
  • Support background checks, I-9 processes, and other pre-employment requirements where applicable. 
  • Create, update, and maintain HR process documentation and employee-facing guides. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR operations processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, internal controls, and documented processes. 

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role. 
  • Experience working with an HRIS, preferably Workday. 
  • Familiarity with HR ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). 
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and basic employment regulations. 
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. 
  • High level of discretion with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. 

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting multiple countries or regions. 
  • Exposure to payroll and/or benefits administration. 
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., I-9, audits, local labor regulations). 
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization. 
  • Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
