The Position

The HR Content Management Senior Specialist plays a key role in developing, maintaining, and governing HR knowledge content across the organization. This role ensures employees and managers have access to accurate, current, and user‑friendly HR information through digital HR platforms such as knowledge bases, employee portals, and case‑management systems. The specialist partners closely with HRBPs, HR CoEs, and HR Services members to ensure content is compliant, well‑structured, and aligned with HR Services standards.

Responsibilities

Content Governance

  • Enforce HR content lifecycle processes (creation, review, updates, archival).

  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for HR knowledge management best practices.

Content Development & Maintenance

  • Create, edit, and publish HR content such as policies, FAQs, knowledge articles, manager guides, and workflows.

  • Ensure all content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

HR System & Platform Management

  • Manage HR content within digital platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, SharePoint, intranet portals).

  • Monitor content performance and system adoption (e.g. Moveworks) via analytics to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends.

  • Support system enhancements related to knowledge architecture, taxonomy, and search optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, HR Services (eg. Country Supports) to ensure content quality and alignment.

  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and HR subject-matter experts during content-related projects.

  • Train HR Services members on content standards, templates, governance, and updates.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive ongoing improvements in HR knowledge management processes and tools.

  • Support the adoption of HR employee self-service model

  • Support HR transformation initiatives by ensuring content readiness and change-management alignment.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, HR service delivery, content management, or knowledge management.

  • Must have working exposure with Service Now(Knowledge management module)

  • Experience in HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow Knowledge Base, Workday Help, Moveworks, or similar).Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle.

  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow Knowledge Base, Workday Help, Moveworks, or similar).

  • Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience in HR Shared Services or Centers of Excellence.

  • Knowledge of UX writing, digital content design, or taxonomy management.

  • Familiarity with content analytics and search optimization techniques.
