Position Responsibilities:

  • HR Program Delivery, manage HR related projects end to end and execute cyclical HR activities including Employee Engagement Survey, Performance Planning, Talent Review, and Compensation Cycle for our business groups.

  • Be the face of “One HR” to leadership, ensuring HR services and resources are delivered seamlessly and, in a customer-centric way, to support acquisition, engagement and retention of employees in line with business needs.

  • Actively analyze workforce data and trends to deliver actionable insights that inform business strategies and decisions.

  • Provide HR Consulting: Collaborate and provide counsel to management to resolve various employee issues, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Implement HR Plans: Assist in creating and executing HR strategies that align with business unit objectives.

  • Participate in Corporate Initiatives: Engaging in company-wide initiatives and project work to drive HR improvements.

These responsibilities highlight the HR Consultant's role in bridging strategic HR initiatives with operational excellence to support the organization's overall success.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S./B.A. in HR or related field

  • 5-8 years dynamic HR specialist / advising experience including successful planning and implementation of HR initiatives within a varied business environment

  • Strong project management and execution skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Effective conflict leadership skills

  • A desire to learn all aspects of our business and understand its goals.

  • Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices.

  • An action orientation, with the ability to manage and drive through ambiguity as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in business or human resources.

  • Experience in planning and change enablement principles, organizational effectiveness and reward and recognition concepts.

Salary range is expected to be between

$90,225.00 USD - $162,405.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
