Job Description

Assist with the administration of company equal opportunity programs by providing internal and external government reporting, editing and preparing data sets, preparing memos, narratives, documents, and assisting with government audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration of company equal opportunity programs by providing internal and external government reporting, editing and preparing data sets, preparing memos, narratives, documents, and assisting with government audits.
  • Complete statistical analyses on employment-related activity including hiring, promotions, terminations, and compensation.
  • Complete internal and government compliance reports, in partnership with HR Business Partners and leaders. Identify and escalate issues and maintain records as required or appropriate. Assist in fulfilling data summary requirements based on Gender and Ethnicity as needed. 
  • Perform other duties, as assigned, to support the HR Compliance Department, including creating PowerPoint presentations, tracking data in Excel, preparing Word documents, conducting workspace audits, and reviewing job selection assessments.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and developments.  Investigate inquiries.
  • Act as a backup to fulfill employee requests for access to personnel files by printing, performing quality assurance, and obtaining legal approval.


Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with degree focus in Human Resources, Business, Math/Quantitative Methods or related field.
  • High degree of attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Previous experience working with large data sets.
  • Ability to follow detailed and complex procedures and instruct others on the same.
  • Proficiency level in office automation – Microsoft Excel Mandatory (Word, PowerPoint, and Access).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous work experience in an HR environment is helpful.
