We are looking for an energetic and driven HR Co-ordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time position. You will report into the HR Business Partner – ANZ and support the HR Advisor – ANZ in the delivery of high quality HR Services while ensuring enterprise consistency (corporate policy, process and system standards). Liaise with other functions in-country to ensure a coordinated flow in the delivery of HR services.

Experience in retail and HR
Experience with HR Information Systems, Microsoft 365 and the HR Service Delivery model meet the needs of the business.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working well with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)
HR Systems Management and Employee Data
Manage the end-to-end process for onboarding and offboarding of employees (as per above and including Workday, payroll, concur, equipment & tools, corporate cards)
Liaise with IT, Finance, Payroll, Operations and store teams to enable employee onboarding and finalize employee offboarding
Support Managers/Employees with first level systems usage (Workday, Tanda)
Track weekly and monthly changes of employee attributes to prepare payroll advice, support employees with benefits queries
Track and monitor employee data in Workday. Monthly audits to ensure data is accurate and maintained.
Work with HRBP, HR Advisor, Payroll and IT to ensure the effective integration and administration of employee data within the employee lifecycle and the payroll processing timelines.
Conduct regular audits of Workday data to ensure employee data integrity and compliance
Case Management and Communication
Track and manage HR case volume to ensure adequate and timely support to support the business.
Execute and manage key service level metrics and adherence to those metrics (ie first call clearance, case management, response time, escalation time, etc).
Recruitment
Support recruitment backend support - interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, offer documentation, onboarding documentation & scheduling
General HR Projects and Administration
Support HR with annual HR projects that arise to ensure continuous improvement of the ANZ HR department.
Partner with ANZ DTC team on a project basis to ensure effective execution of HR documentation and legally compliant reporting.
Support with effective management of HR invoices
Administration involved in the effective onboarding of employees including issuing of credit cards, vendor creation and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
