HR Change Management Specialist to be based in Singapore

We are seeking a dynamic HR Change Management Specialist to join our HR Portfolio Management Team on an interim basis to support portfolio wide change initiatives. This role demands a seasoned change practitioner with strong business and HR acumen, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge HR Operating Model and Ways of Working Implementation.
What will you be doing?
- Drive organizational change strategies, including culture transformation, executive coaching, and agile change management across our HR Evolution.
- Partner with HR lead to assess and optimize processes, improve workforce planning, and embed a digital-first mindset.
- Develop and deliver tailored change & communications training, and engagement strategies in partnership with our Enterprise Head of Change and VP Internal Comms.
- Leverage agile and MSP methodologies to manage complex transformation projects.
- Provide strategic coaching and facilitation to leadership teams during times of significant change.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Learning, and Business leadership to ensure transformation alignment.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Industry Experience in One or More of the Following: FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Professional Services
- Technology Fluency In: Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, GenAI Tools (e.g., OpenAI models), Learning Platforms
