Job Posting Description:

Contract Duration: April – December 2026

Reporting to the Director, Business Partnership, you will focus on supporting Workday job requisition processes, gaining hands‑on experience with how positions are created, approved, posted, and maintained within the system. You will help troubleshoot requisition‑related issues, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with our Workday (COE), Talent Acquisition, and other teams to keep workflows running smoothly. Alongside requisition support, you will contribute to ad‑hoc projects that improve system efficiency and enhance cross‑team communication.

About the Role

  • Partner with several HR teams to review, validate, and process job requisitions submitted by managers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational guidelines.
  • Confirm key requisition details such as job profiles, supervisory organizations, and posting requirements before pushing them through approval workflows.
  • Monitor requisition progress in Workday, troubleshoot issues, and support managers in resolving discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure smooth handoffs, timely updates, and clear documentation of decisions and changes.
  • Support data integrity by reviewing and updating position and job data tied to requisitions.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc Workday projects, including process improvements, documentation updates, and small-scale configuration or testing tasks.
  • Help maintain audit readiness by ensuring requisition data and related records meet compliance and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to the creation or refinement of reports and dashboards that support position management.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or Information Technology. 
  • Experience in HR Administration with a Human Capital Management technology. 
  • Knowledge of Workday functionality.  
  • Strong organizational skills are needed to manage requests from case management tools/emails. 
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enjoy working in high-volume environment, whilst handling confidential materials and information.
  • Collaborative team player.
