Human Resources

About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Director, People & Culture, the HR Business Partner is an integral member of the HR Team. The role is accountable for providing expert and professional HR advice and support within RMIT University Pathways (RMIT UP). This includes working in partnership with managers and employees at all levels of the organisation to deliver best practice people management solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
