Job Description

  • Operational HR responsibility for a defined support area along the employee lifecycle, administration (such as contract creation, exit management) and creation of HR reports

  • HR Business Partner for executives to further develop the area and support division-specific and bank-wide strategic initiatives as well as in personnel and succession planning, performance and talent management as well as in difficult management and employee situations

  • Independent recruiting of management and key positions including support for roles, teams and structural changes (organisational development)

  • Active role in change management: Accompaniment of reorganizations and change processes

  • Management of remuneration and compensation issues together with the HR specialists (job framework consulting, salary and bonus processes, job gradings, remuneration transparency guidelines)

  • Management or collaboration in HR projects and cultural initiatives (e.g. process optimization, digitization of HR processes, engagement and leadership measures)

Requirements

  • Education: university degree (e.g. HR, business administration, psychology); a master's degree or additional training/certifications (e.g. remuneration systems, project management, moderation, change management) are advantageous

  • Professional experience: at least 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in the financial industry or a highly regulated environment

  • Expertise & methods: very good knowledge of Austrian labour law as well as experience in project management

  • Personal skills: structured, solution-oriented way of working, proactivity, and sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and discretion

  • Language and IT skills: Fluent in spoken and written German and English; Confident handling of MS Office, MS Teams, Copilot and HR systems (e.g. Workday, sagedpw).

In return, you can expect an interesting, generalist job, attractive benefits and - based on the minimum requirements mentioned above - a gross annual salary of EUR 66,000.00 with the possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications.
