We’re hiring a HR Business Partner Lead to play a key role in shaping the future of our Tech organisation. Partnering directly with senior tech leaders, you’ll influence how teams are built, how leaders grow and how talent thrives in a fast-moving, global business. The Wow
The HRBP Lead is a strategic, high-impact role partnering closely with the CTO and Product Development leadership to shape how the organisation grows and performs globally.
As the senior people advisor, this role drives organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability, while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of HR processes across all Product Development locations across Europe and Latin America.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
Strategic Partnering
- Partner directly with the CTO and senior Product Development leadership to understand business needs, structure, capability gaps and long-term people plans.
- Lead strategic workforce planning for Product Development, supporting scaling decisions, location strategy and succession planning.
- Guide organisational design, role clarity, team structure and leadership effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee engagement, performance and retention across Product Development.
Operational Delivery & Governance
- Ensure consistent and timely execution of all HR processes within Product Development; (performance cycle, salary review, talent review, promotions, succession, onboarding and offboarding).
- Maintain a stable, predictable operating rhythm between Product Development and HR Managers in each location and central HR functions.
- Resolve escalated cases and complex HR matters within Product Development, coordinating with the HRBP and HR Managers as needed.
- Ensure Product Development follows agreed ways of working, reducing operational drift and improving accountability.
Leadership Enablement
- Coach senior Product Development leaders on managing performance, setting expectations, handling ER cases, running org changes and developing their teams.
- Partner with the Talent Development team to deploy leadership programmes specifically aligned to Product Development needs.
- Support new and emerging leaders to operate confidently, especially in high-growth or high-pressure teams.
People Data & Decision Support
- Analyse headcount, attrition, exit themes, engagement insights and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Present clear insights to the CTO and senior leaders, supported by action plans and follow-through.
- Ensure the HRBP maintains accurate and consistent reporting for Product Development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - work with HR Managers across all Product Development locations to ensure local compliance, consistent messaging and alignment.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for forecasting, hiring priorities, role definition and market insights.
- Collaborate with the Talent Rewards team on benchmarking, levelling, salary structures and promotions within Product Development.
- Team Leadership - lead, coach and develop the HRBP for Product Development, ensuring capability growth, professional delivery and clarity of responsibilities.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 6+ years of HR experience, including strong partnering responsibilities.
- Minimum 2+ years working directly with Tech or Engineering teams.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and performance management.
- Proven experience managing complex people issues and balancing speed, quality and compliance.
- Experience working in multi-location or global environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions confidently.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments.
- Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to be onsite 5 days a week.
