Position: HR Business Partner (90% FTE) [M/F/D]

Location: Warsaw / Przasnysz / Hybrid

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy for two essential areas of our business: Service business and the Przasnysz factory within the High Voltage business.

This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with leaders and teams who drive innovation in advanced power technologies and service solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees across diverse operational environments, supporting them with expert HR guidance and helping to build a high‑performance culture rooted in collaboration, capability and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting both day‑to‑day HR matters and long‑term organizational development initiatives.

How You’ll make an impact

  • Implement people’s strategy in alignment with global BU/function strategy and Group HR policies.
  • Shape, improve, and oversee HR processes such as recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, and learning & development.
  • Provide on‑site HR support in the Przasnysz Factory and Service locations, guiding local process execution.
  • Partner with managers and employees to identify HR needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for managers on people‑related topics, providing advice and coaching.
  • Support performance management activities, ensuring consistency and follow‑up.
  • Build strong partnerships between HR, employees, and managers, representing HR in daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with global/local standards and drive best practices across the organization.

  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple parallel processes and introduce new HR solutions; experience in a global production or engineering environment is an advantage.
