The role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our India HR team. In this role, you will work closely with business and sales leaders to design, implement, and optimize HR programs that drive organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor, enabling leaders to enhance team performance, elevate employee engagement, and cultivate a highperformance, inclusive culture. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Partnership & Business Support 

- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for aligned business teams, providing expert guidance across all HR domains. 

- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and ensure HR initiatives and programs support strategic objectives. 

- Champion and execute the people strategy, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals. 

Talent Management & Development 

- Lead talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management. 

- Track and analyze key HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement. 

- Provide coaching to leaders and managers on growing talent, developing teams, and fostering a feedbackdriven culture. 

Employee Relations & Culture 

- Advise managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, conduct issues, and performance challenges. 

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. 

- Promote a positive, engaging work environment aligned with company values and cultural principles. 

HR Program Delivery & Collaboration 

- Manage the delivery of HR projects and initiatives aligned with strategic people plans. 

- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement global programs. 

- Stay updated on HR best practices, market trends, labor regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. 

DataDriven HR Decision Making 

- Analyze HR data to uncover insights, emerging trends, and risks. 

- Leverage dashboards and workforce analytics to inform decisions and improve organizational health. 

Additional Responsibilities 

- Take ownership of special projects as assigned. 

- Contribute to building scalable, futureready HR practices that support organizational growth. 

What you’ll bring

- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting clientfacing functions preferably from a product company. 

- Strong understanding of talent strategy and employee relations. 

- Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and stakeholderinfluencing skills. 

- High analytical capability with comfort in interpreting HR data. 

- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. 

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
