As an HR Business Partner, you will support the people and talent needs while helping achieve key business objectives. You will partner closely with leaders to deliver effective HR solutions across recruiting, employee and labor relations, organizational development, and training.

This role builds trusted relationships with leadership, champions company programs, and ensures consistent application of policies and best practices to support a positive, high-performing workplace.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintains visibility with all employees and addresses any issues and concerns that are identified in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assists with performance reviews and ensures the development and implementation of specific development plans to address performance issues.

  • Works directly with management and supervisors to effectively promote positive employee relations.

  • Conducts employee meetings and assists in training and development sessions on various topics as needed.

  • Ensures compliance with state and federal laws through efficient administration of company HR policies, procedures, programs and initiatives.

  • Leads the recruitment and selection efforts across all levels of the business unit. Assists with orientation sessions.

  • Participates in operations meeting within the business and advises management on all Human Resource related topics.

  • Champions organizational programs and acts as a change agent to help ensure program adoption.

  • Works with business unit and department leaders to identify issues, concerns, and solve problems.

  • Work with business unit and department leaders to provide support and assist in achieving department goals. 

What you should have:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.

  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
