The People Partner for GEA BAKERY acts as an advisor and sparring partner for managers. The People Partner is situated within the Division “Pharma & Food Application”. The opening is for a temporary position to cover a maternity leave. This role will report to the People Partner Italy.

Roles and responsibilities
- Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level.
- HR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments.
- Execution and checkup of (set) work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements.
- Supporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding.
- Education, development and career planning.
- Development and application of working conditions.
- Organization development.
- Execution of (global) HR projects.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- You hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management
- You have strong experience with general HR themes
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics
- You have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production
- You have a high sense of integrity and open communication
- You have experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement.
- You have a structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator
- Your Italian and English language skills are excellent (C1-C2)
