What will you do?
As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of the HR Business Partner team within Sevenum. This team consists of three people and works closely with our absenteeism specialist, HR Solutions- and Recruitment team on location.
Together with your direct colleagues, you will act as an advisor and first point of contact regarding a variety of challenges for employees in our warehouse. Besides that, we also expect you to:
Guide and inform managers and supervisors on relevant processes and policies, problem analysis, corrective actions, employee relations, etc.
Manage and provide advice and guidance to individuals, managers, and the business regarding performance management and career development
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on benefits and administration in the areas of holiday and absence, parental rights, illness, etc.
Coordinate training programs, personal development plans, and employee performance reviews
Participate in HR projects
What are we looking for?
A communicative, enthusiastic, and innovative person who is fluent in Dutch and English (speaking, reading, writing) any other languages (specifically German) is preferred. We also appreciate someone who possesses strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a desire to help others. Along with these qualifications, we are looking for someone who has the following skills:
Has an HBO (Bachelor level or higher)
Is process and result driven as well as stress-resistant and able to set priorities
Can use problem-solving/judgment skills, has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
