As an HR Benefits Analyst I, you’ll work on a highly collaborative HR team providing administration and customer service support for our internal employee benefit programs, working with vendors and systems to ensure a seamless and supportive experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer service: Provide responsive and caring support for calls that cannot be answered by our call center or HR Direct team for all internal inquiries on Standard’s benefits plans and programs
Benefits administration and auditing: Process and audit employee transactions and data requests related to various benefits plans and programs
Projects: Be a key member of project teams for annual open enrollment and benefit/vendor implementations
Employee education: Conducts benefits overview for new employee orientation, open enrollment, and other ad hoc needs
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: High School Diploma is required
Experience:
1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required (This does not include leave and administration experience)
1 year of experience working with Excel with knowledge of formulas, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
Experience handling claims escalations for employee benefits work
Understanding with HRIS systems and how data flows. Workday experience is preferred.
Vendor management experience is preferred

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
24.76 - 36.30Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
