The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. 

The Opportunity: 

To successfully introduce AI augmentation within HR, it is essential to enhance and optimize existing processes, which will accelerate the adoption of new technologies while removing operational barriers, enabling advisors to dedicate more time to meaningful human interactions.

By strategically streamlining HR workflows and minimizing friction points, the Product Manager will help create an environment where automation and AI solutions effectively complement the expertise of HR advisors. This approach not only supports the efficient implementation of intelligent systems but also ensures that routine inquiries are handled seamlessly by AI, allowing advisors to focus on more complex and people-centric matters.

As these enhancements are integrated, the focus remains to balance technological advancement with the need for genuine human connection, ultimately elevating both the efficiency and quality of HR services.

The Role

Ensure the technical foundation that supports AI (APIs, data flows, security, automations, and integrations is stable and aligned to the HR technology architecture. Seamlessly connects backend automations with frontend employee experience and helps other HR operations teams to complete backend automations for an end-to-end experience.

In addition, the Product Manager will proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, ensuring that technical upgrades are seamlessly integrated with operational best practices. By prioritizing scalability, security, and user-centric design, the role will facilitate smooth transitions between automated and manual workflows, supporting continuous innovation within HR. Through close coordination with IT partners and HR stakeholders, the Product Manager will champion the evolution of digital tools, fostering an adaptable environment that not only streamlines day-to-day operations but also enhances the overall employee journey. This approach ensures that every technological enhancement directly contributes to more responsive, efficient, and people-focused HR services, reinforcing the organization's commitment to both innovation and employee well-being.

What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain integrations between AI engines and the backend systems

  • Define and monitor API reliability and error handling

  • Partner with HRIS and IT to structure HR data pools

  • Ensure secure access, encryption, and auditability

  • Support environment management (Sandbox, Test, Production)

  • Collaborate with AI product owners and HRIS on integration design

In addition to these responsibilities, the Product Manager will leverage their expertise to anticipate emerging trends in digital HR and proactively address integration challenges to support evolving business needs. By refining technical operations and promoting robust collaboration between AI stakeholders and HR information systems, this role will help advance process consistency and foster a resilient infrastructure. Through a commitment to continuous improvement, the Product Manager contributes to an agile workplace where innovative HR solutions can scale efficiently, ultimately enhancing employee engagement and driving transformative outcomes across the organization.

Bonus points if you are: 

  • Passionate and curious about all aspects of the business, creating solutions and bringing proposals to the table. 

  • A communicator that connects technology workflows with operational needs while observing user experience.

  • A Flawless consultant or similar certifications

  • Certified in Project Management.

  • Versed in AI and Automation implementation (with evidence).

What you need to bring:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

  • Typically, 4-8 years of related experience in HR Tech project management, process optimization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary functional teams.

  • Participation or collaboration on AI / Automation use cases – HR, Workforce, and Business outcomes.

  • Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical HR partners.

  • Experience in automation solutions.

  • Experience in process standardization and optimization.

  • Experience managing projects related to HPE global programs and partnering with designated program leads.

  • Able to understand data, create meaningful analysis, and share business insights. - Strong analytical skills. 

  •  An out-of-the-box mindset that does not hesitate to challenge the status quo. 

  • Passion for customer experience and commitment to AI / Automation transformations

  • Commitment to honoring program/project deadlines and delivering a top-notch experience.
