HR Associate

Malta Full Time

Step into a role where data, structure, and impact come together. As our HR Associate, you’ll help shape how we build transparency, fairness, and consistency across our global organisation. If you love turning complex information into clarity and want to be part of a fast-moving HR team, this is your moment.

The Wow

You will form part of the HR Shared Services team, providing analytical and operational support across a range of HR processes. In the initial phase, the role will be primarily dedicated to supporting the organisation’s compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (PTD), working in close collaboration with the Talent Rewards function and relevant stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of job architecture frameworks, data analysis, policy documentation, and the implementation of structured, system-driven processes to ensure transparency and regulatory alignment. Over time, the role will shift to focus on supporting broader HR Shared Services activities, contributing to the delivery of efficient and compliant HR operations.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Rewards team to support the development and maintenance of a clear job architecture and job levelling framework.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating Talent Rewards policies to ensure alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Ensure gender-neutral criteria for pay determination, career progression, and benefits are clearly defined, documented, and accessible.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of rewards and benefits data within the HRIS and other relevant systems.
  • Conduct pay gap analyses and support the preparation of mandatory gender pay gap reports.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to the creation of communication materials that explain pay determination and progression frameworks.
  • Document processes and maintain audit-ready records to support transparency and compliance.
  • Support the HR Shared Services team in delivering efficient, structured, and system-based HR operations beyond the PTD project phase.
  • Contribute to the digitisation strategy of the HR Shared Services team, including initiatives related to automation, AI, and process optimisation.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
