About the Role
We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our HR team in SKV. In this role, you will support HR operations by analysing and organising HR-related data, preparing reports and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes. You will play a central role in employee relations support, HR metrics management and delivering insights that help ensure effective employee engagement across the organisation.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative HR environment, enjoys working with data and is motivated by improving processes and supporting employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data & Reporting
- Gather, track and analyse HR data to identify employee trends, compliance matters and operational insights.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards, providing actionable information to HR Generalists and leaders.
- Coordinate data collection with other HR teams to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach.
Employee Relations & Support
- Support the resolution of employee enquiries by providing policy guidance and conducting research when needed.
- Provide administrative support for investigations, employee relations cases and disciplinary or grievance procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate, platform and commercial employees and leaders in SKV.
HR Process & Policy Development
- Assist in developing and refining HR processes, workflows and tools to improve employee support and operational efficiency.
- Create, maintain and monitor employee documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with HR policies and data protection standards.
- Update and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook and the leader handbook.
HR Systems & Payroll
- Serve as a super user across all HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and managing system-related projects.
- Work closely with Payroll to provide input on salary, bonus and other payment administration.
- Be the back-up for Payroll
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business administration or a related field.
- Experience with collective bargaining agreements “Industriens Overenskomst” and “Industriens Funktionæroverenskomst”.
- Developing knowledge of HR Generalist methodologies, processes and common HR practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey straightforward technical and non‑technical information.
- Comfortable supporting employees, HR colleagues and leaders with HR queries and operational needs.
