The HR Service Center serves as a centralized hub for delivering HR-related support and services. The HR Service Advisor will provide administrative and information assistance for the US and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) regions with special focus on Bulgaria.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Utilize case management system to document and respond to member inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner, providing timely and accurate information, clarifying issues, researching answers, escalating unresolved problems, and following through to ensure that each case is fully resolved in accordance with service level agreements
Support life-cycle management of members from recruiting and onboarding processes through termination. This may include activities such as: interview scheduling, background checks, file maintenance, & leave administration
Update knowledge articles in coordination with Process Owner
Escalate issues related to compliance to Senior Advisor or Manager
Collaborate with team members on process improvements
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, including presenting information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to research and learn. Asks questions or escalates if there is any uncertainty
Ability to pay close attention to detail, such as HR inquiries and resolutions, to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Ability to write clearly and concisely to update knowledge articles
Ability to continuously improve HR service delivery and strive to provide excellent customer service
A good command of the Bulgarian language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage inquiries in Bulgarian
Polish and English verbal and written skills
