SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Since one of our department colleagues has been internally promoted, we are excited to be looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in Jotun!

As part of our HR team in Norway you will join a supportive, fun and collaborative environment consisting of 11 HR professionals, working closely to support our employees and more than 200 leaders in our organization. Your workdays will be varied - ranging from full-cycle recruitment to general HR advisory and supporting ad-hoc HR projects.

The position will be located at our offices at Vindal in Sandefjord, Norway.

In this role, you will be at the core of HR operations, supporting both managers and employees across Jotun Norway and our company Headquarter. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage recruitment processes from A to Z, including job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding

  • Collaborate closely with leaders at all levels to understand organisational needs and ensure high-quality, inclusive recruitments

  • Provide general HR advisory services and support related to our HRM system to the entire organization

  • Generally contribute to improving and streamlining HR processes, including use of AI in everyday work

  • Support various HR tasks and projects on an ad-hoc basis

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Formal competencies

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Some experience with recruitment is essential

  • Experience with recruitment test tools and HRM systems, as well as an interest in the use of AI/Technology to streamline and automate HR processes is considered a plus

  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
